Collaborative Knowledge

I explain the main reason the World Wide Web (WWW) was so successful, the flaws in the approach, and how those flaws led to the problems with the WWW we have today. I then detail a fix for these flaws that facilitates collaboration on knowledge without needing servers, administrators, or experts.
